What is the minimum order for custom knitwear?

100 pieces per design for sweaters, cardigans and knit tops. Larger orders lower the unit cost, but the 100-piece minimum stays the same for first orders, including styles with custom yarns.

How long does knitwear sampling take?

7–10 days when the yarn is in stock and 10–15 days for custom yarns or complex jacquard patterns. Sampling starts after we confirm the tech pack, measurements and colour references.

What is AQL 2.5 and why does it matter?

AQL 2.5 is the acceptance quality limit used in final inspection under ISO 2859-1. It sets the maximum number of defects allowed in a sample lot, so both sides agree on what passes before the order ships.

Can you produce from my tech pack?

Yes. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch with measurements. We translate it into a knitting spec, make the first sample, and run fit and colour rounds until you approve it.

Do you work with small brands and first orders?

Yes. Most first orders are 100–300 pieces. We quote per style, not per season, so you can test one design without committing to a full range.

How do you handle shipping and documents?

We ship sea, air or express from Shantou or Shenzhen and prepare the packing list, invoice and origin documents. You can use your own forwarder or ask us to arrange one.
